Orders & Custom Products
All desserts and services offered by KitchenArt are custom-made and prepared from scratch.
Because of the personalized nature of our products:
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
Design, colors, and decorations may vary slightly from photos shown
Final pricing is based on design complexity, level of detail, and quantity ordered
Pricing & Payments
Prices are provided through quotes or invoices and are subject to change until confirmed
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your order date
Full payment must be completed by the agreed deadline prior to delivery or pickup
Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products:
All sales are final
Deposits are non-refundable
Cancellations made close to the event date (7 day or less) may still require full payment
Refunds are not offered once production has begun.
Delivery, Setup & Full-Service Packages
For orders that include delivery or full-service dessert table packages:
Delivery times are scheduled in advance and must be respected
Setup, styling, stand rentals, teardown, and pickup are included only when specified in the package
KitchenArt is not responsible for issues caused by venue restrictions, weather conditions, or third-party delays
Clients are responsible for ensuring venue access at the agreed time.
Food Allergies & Safety
KitchenArt operates in a kitchen where common allergens may be present, including but not limited to:
Nuts
Dairy
Eggs
Gluten
While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. It is the client’s responsibility to inform guests of potential allergens.
Storage & Consumption
Once delivered or picked up:
KitchenArt is not responsible for product quality affected by improper storage, handling, or temperature conditions
Some products require refrigeration and should be consumed within the recommended time frame
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of KitchenArt and may not be used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
KitchenArt is not liable for:
Delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control
Indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our products or services
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
